Privacy policy

• Inquiries and messages: what you send through the inquiry form, the contact form or by email, such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, country and the details of your trade inquiry.
• Newsletter: the email address you enter in the subscribe form.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read, so that we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. You can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on. The site sets no advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The inquiry, contact and newsletter forms are delivered by Formspree, which receives the details you send and passes them to us. The live chat is provided by Chatway: when it loads, Chatway receives technical data such as your IP address and, if you use it, the messages you write. Chatway may store information in your browser to keep a conversation open.

We use personal information to answer your inquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for and to keep the website secure. We do not sell personal information.

Inquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing info@yorkwellpetroleum.com.
